She believed in freedom ... she stayed the course She believed in freedom ... she stayed the course and kept her eyes on God. He cleared a path before her and she followed to the wide open spaces meant for her. She became a trailblazer ... leading the way for those who came behind ... leaving a legacy for those who were once held captive ... she learned a lot by leaning into the possibilities of a life lived with God by her side. For without Him, she could never find her way out of the chaos and chains that kept her bound. Love set her free ... not the love of a man ... but the love of Jesus. He knew her ... all of her ... and loved her anyway ... and there she found FREEDOM!

“When I was fenced in, you freed and rescued me because you love me.” Psalms‬ ‭18:19‬ ‭CEV‬‬

Celebrating freedom today - the birth of our nation - and believing we will make it great again! And, still believing in freedom. 🇺🇸

Never! 🤷‍♀️ 👌Usually, I’m not a fan Never! 🤷‍♀️ 👌Usually, I’m not a fan of the word never, but in this case... I’m all in! 🙋‍♀️ Learning to live the victorious life is all about our mindset. Believing what God says about us instead of the lies of the enemy is the very first step to overcoming defeat! Because of Christ, we are never defeated. That’s right! Young's Literal Translation- points out the on-going-ness (not a real word but I like it) of our victory. 👉 Victory is continuously being given and always won for us! Get this: “… and to God -- thanks, to Him who is giving us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 15:57 (YLT) And, here’s that word again 👉🏼 ”Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.” Ephesians‬ ‭3:20‬ ‭TPT‬‬ 📸 credit Emma Peneder on Unsplash
I love the fields and plains where we live on now. I love the fields and plains where we live on now. After years of being in the mountains, I was afraid the flatlands would leave me feeling LOW. What I’ve learned is there is beauty all around; you just have to open your eyes and be intentional about looking for God everywhere. Thinking about how I grew up singing this song—celebrating our state and nation especially over the 4th. There’s something sweet about remembering simpler times where we loved our country and it loved us back. Where we celebrated freedom in Christ right alongside neighbors and friends while waving the flag, eating 🍉 watermelon, and singing songs. Our church gathered on summer nights in the parking lot and nearby park. I remember vacation Bible school and bike parades, potluck dinners and choir practice, visitation, and baptisms, laughing and watching my dad make jokes and pull pranks and my mom serve dinners and wash all the dishes afterwards with her best friends right beside her, ice cream socials and so much more. These were good times with good people who taught me to love our good, good God. Community is underrated. Yes, the local church is a beautiful place filled with broken people and that’s exactly how God orchestrated it because He knew we’d need each other. 💛 Being in Oklahoma again is different, but beautiful. That’s my new motto for life. Every season is “different but beautiful.” 💛 So here’s to our first 4th back in the state of OK 🇺🇸 IYKYK “Oklahoma, where the wind comes sweepin' down the plain
And the wavin' wheat can sure smell sweet
When the wind comes right behind the rain.
Oklahoma, Ev'ry night my honey lamb and I
Sit alone and talk and watch a hawk
Makin' lazy circles in the sky.

We know we belong to the land
And the land we belong to is grand!
And when we say
Yeeow! Ayipioeeay!
We're only sayin'
You're doin' fine, Oklahoma!
Oklahoma O.K.L.A.H.O.M.A
Oklahoma! OK!” #oklahoma #goodmemories #beautifulbutdifferent #amyelaineministries #freedom #fourthofjuly #plains #route66 #rememberwhen #childhoodmemories #saturdayvibes
Radiant Bride... Mature Church - they are one and Radiant Bride... Mature Church - they are one and the same...

All that He does in us prepares us for what He wants to do through us...

So, the question becomes, “Are you willing?” Maturity isn’t always fun. It means making hard decisions, growing up in obedience, and loving Him more than ourselves (or our comfort).

Again, are you willing to make the sacrifices, deny yourself, to say yes or say no as needed?

We want to be radiant, but are we willing to pay the cost to shine?

☕️ Prayer for today: "Have your way, Lord. Awa ☕️ Prayer for today: "Have your way, Lord. Awaken and stir my heart. Come into my messy and make it something beautiful for Your glory...that others might know and see You for who You really are... the Miracle Maker, the Way Maker, the Chain Breaker. Thank You for drenching me in Your love. Make me a vessel used to pour out Your spirit and love to those who don't know of Your goodness yet. Use my story to make a way, to break the chains, to help others find victory and freedom in Jesus. It's all You, God. Everything I am is because of You. I love You, Lord. Amen."

Awaken and Stir our hearts oh, Lord! Yes, I believe there is a Great Awakening stirring in the land...

The Eternal's purposes will last to the end of time; the thoughts of His heart will awaken and stir all generations. We live with hope in the Eternal. We wait for Him, for He is our Divine Help and Impenetrable Shield. Our hearts erupt with joy in Him because we trust His holy name. O Eternal, drench us with Your endless love, even now as we wait for You. Psalm 33:11, 20-22 (VOICE)

When God pours out His love into our lives, it may get a little messy, but as He infuses our lives with the Holy Spirit things begin to happen. Suddenlies take place. The perfect mixture of messy and beautiful collide. Then, as we drink deep of who He says we are, we become more like Him. We become ready to pour out our lives in a sweet offering back to Him.

Our Savior Jesus POURED OUT new life so generously. God's gift has restored our relationship with him and given us back our lives. And there's more life to come - an eternity of life! You can count on this. Titus 3:6-7 MSG (emphasis mine)

Sometimes it’s in the place of surrender that He Sometimes it’s in the place of surrender that He brings us to the sweetness of God; here we find a fresh place where freedom reigns. Smoothed out passages where once we were tripping over our own two feet. Over our own pride. Over our own timetables & own opinions. We don’t know where to turn or who to trust, but our heart is stirred up by the Spirit within, “Now is the time.” This beginning again—this fresh start is a beautiful way to move forward. When our path has been rough| when we’re parched from the long hot days of fighting a battle we can’t seem to shake | when dry bones need to be brought back to life. That’s when God steps in with the Living Water we need to refresh, renew, restore. And just when we think we can’t take another minute in the fiery furnace of the Refiner’s fire the Spirit steps in and with a mighty wind everything changes, everything is rearranged and suddenly, our fresh start is revealed. There’s a still small voice in the mighty wind sweetly saying, “Are you ready for revival? Ready to move in step with Me?” Raise your hand 🙋‍♀️ if you’re ready for the next move of God in your life. Things don’t have to be a mess to want the more of God. As we draw nearer, He reveals the deeper things, the greater things. In each surrendering, there is a beautiful revelation of who God is to us and for us in this next season. Don’t get me wrong, He is all things holy at all times. Yet there are times Holy Spirit highlights the character of God we most need. His attributes are eternal, God doesn’t change. But, He will change us, if we’ll let Him. Sometimes we need the advanced therapy only God gives; the grace afforded to us by His sacrifice. #revival #beginagain #freshstart #suddenly #freshwind #girlonfire #holyspiritfire #jesuschangeseverything #amyelaineministries 🔥 🕊 “When the Feast of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Without warning there was a sound like a strong wind, gale force—no one could tell where it came from. It filled the whole building. Then, like a wildfire, the Holy Spirit spread through their ranks, and they started speaking in a number of different languages as the Spirit prompted them.” Acts‬ ‭2:1-4‬ ‭MSG‬‬
Four tips to walk by faith: 1. It’s totally oka Four tips to walk by faith:
1. It’s totally okay to trust God 100%.
2. God’s Word gives us strength.
3. God is in control.
4. The unseen hand of God prevails.
When we can’t see God’s hand we can trust His heart. That’s the BIGGEST LESSON I’ve learned as a believer. Though my mind knows that to be true, it took my heart a bit to follow and fully believe this truth. Studying Habakkuk last year helped me solidify this truth in my heart and I hope it helps you too. Here’s just a tidbit from my notes:
👉 Though Habakkuk could only see the obvious lack surrounding him, he chose to trust in the unseen hand of God. Knowing God as Jehovah Jireh, Habakkuk helps us see that God is enough. Because God is our Provider, we will be sustained. Instead of lingering on the lack, Habakkuk encourages us to hang on to the hand of God— to reach out and grasp ahold of what God offers because- more than a hand out, God offers us a hand up to help us rise above our circumstances. He brings us to a place where we know we are stronger because of Christ in us. There we can hang onto hope because we know who holds our future. We are secure because we know our God reigns. And we can be courageous in the midst of chaos because our God is in control. “God, the Lord, is my strength; he makes my feet like the deer’s; he makes me tread on my high places. To the choirmaster: with stringed instruments.”
‭‭Habakkuk‬ ‭3:19‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“His grace sets the pace for our BECOMING.” - “His grace sets the pace for our BECOMING.” - Amy Elaine Martinez

FAITH RISE UP 🌸🌸

What a beautiful reminder to encourage our hearts in the long days of disappointment, doubt, and defeat. Yes, we are destined for the grace; yet, God had a much more amazing plan for His people. His grace propels us into the marvelous book, scandalous waters of renewal where we are washed clean from the stain of sin. This is the beginning of our beautiful belonging where we are becoming more and more like the Son. Made in His image, we are to be like Him.

Revival begins in our own hearts and works its way out to overflow into our lives so others can bear witness of the goodness of God.
Returning for the prodigal is imminent. And, the most amazing thing is God has already made the way for us.

Chin up, darling!

God has made a way, now walk on it. He is our pathway to Victory!

Take 5 minutes and go listen to this song: “Living Proof, Glory of Eden (Live)” lyrics below
Yesterday, I shared a little of my testimony. What I really want y’all to know is that grace goes before us. God is trustworthy and faithful. I am living proof that we will see the goodness of God in the land of the living. Something happens when we let God have His way in our hearts. And, hey girl(and a few guys), thanks for being here!
Enjoy your Saturday! #amyelaineministries #riseup #dailydarling #chinup #couragedearheart #livingproof #intentionalliving #iamavictorygirl #grace
I waited on these words, letting them ruminate in I waited on these words, letting them ruminate in my heart before posting about today. I didn’t always understand the gravity of my choices. Though abortion isn’t part of my story, it could have been. If I’d gotten pregnant during my years of promiscuity, I can’t tell you what I would have done. I visited a clinic at 16 to find out if I was pregnant. Thankfully, I wasn’t.
What I do know is: the pain of regret & the shame that chased me down from choices I DID make against the heart of God almost took me out. But grace repeatedly found me in my darkest moments over & over again. So, while I can’t speak directly to the brokenness caused by having an abortion, I’ve walked enough women through the aftermath to know their pain. Fear is a powerful tool in the hands of the enemy who comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. Now, instead of falling prey to the temptation to gloat, let’s pray for those feeling lost, alone & scared because their test is + today. Many will feel backed into a corner, maybe choosing to take their own life. I’ve seen what suicide does to those left behind. It isn’t the answer, but the enemy will make it seem the only option. Pray for the long road ahead. Grace upon grace is the way forward. A fellow writer ✍️ this about love: “It doesn’t rub victory in the faces of the defeated.” I can sit with that, act on that. I wrote “a prayer for the girl who feels defeated” because I’ve been there. We’ve all been left heartbroken from our choices..left reeling with the reality of loss. Finally, my prayer is one of gratitude for the lives saved with the overturning of RvW. My prayer in the aftermath: may all be saved. As believers, let’s be a people of grace; like Jesus. Let’s come alongside the broken & the broken-hearted, the fearful & the confused. If you can’t be in the trenches with them, be on your knees. Let’s not fall prey to holier-than-thou responses, let’s fall & pray. Without shoving an I-told-you-so down anyone’s throat, let His love speak louder & reach farther-to the ends of 🌍—for eternity. Because that’s what’s really at stake. The satisfaction of winning only lasts until we lose again. Let’s love well & make Heaven crowded! -AEM
Seasons change and so can we. That’s why I’m h Seasons change and so can we. That’s why I’m here! To remind you that change is possible. I love this quote from Morgan Harper Nichols “She will not worry. She will brave this new season one day at a time.” I feel like I’ve been in a perpetually changing season for what seems like far too long, but I keep rolling with the changes waiting on God to show me where to settle down and grow some roots. Things feel a little up in the air right now, but it’s always a wild ride and a big adventure when you’re following Jesus. So…

A bit more about me for new friends and followers. I’m a wife to my darling, David and boy-mom to two grown young men, a mother in law and most recently I’ve fallen in love with being a Yia Yia to my namesake, Raelynn Rose Elaine. I’m a Bible study junkie, ministry leader, a former radio show host, and self-published author. Right now, I’m working on a manuscript for a book about finding grace in the hard places.

I am the founder of a nonprofit, AEM, a ministry sharing the gospel while helping heart-shattered lives become whole again in Christ.

I wrote “Becoming a Victory Girl: Staking Your Claim in The Kingdom” to help women get battle ready & step into their God-given destiny. The enemy hates when God’s daughters know who they are in Christ; he stops at nothing to discourage us—leaving us feeling defeated. But, God’s Word declares us more than conquerors—we were made for the victorious life!

Readers often tell me BAVG 📖 is like a “field guide for spiritual warfare.” Or, it’s “small enough to carry in your purse to help you get through tough days & hard-fought battles.”

I believe the transforming power of the Holy Spirit helps us overcome. When we think we’re ready to quit, He comes alongside us to celebrate the smallest of victories knowing they lead to our biggest breakthroughs. He’s our loudest cheerleader 📣 drowning out the voice of the enemy! Always encouraging, never condemning, guiding us to the Truth of Jesus.

I’m glad you’re here. 🙋‍♀️Tell me about your most recent victory✌️ no matter how small because I’d love to cheer you on too! 💛 #amyelaineministries #iamavictorygirl #bravegirl #faithoverfear #joyinthejourney
Covering our eyes and holding our hands over our e Covering our eyes and holding our hands over our ears works in the moment, but lasting change only happens when we let the Spirit move in and through us. In and of ourselves, change is overwhelming. We need to learn how to differentiate between what we can do and what we can’t and then get busy asking God to lend us a hand in both scenarios. Letting go of what you cannot change releases you to focus on what you CAN CHANGE. When we surrender to God’s plan rather than manipulating our lives and other people to get our desired outcome, things simply work out better in the end. Since it’s out of your hands, leave it alone. Then, you can lift those hands high in praise, use them to pick up something new, or both! There’s lots of areas where we CAN CHANGE and focusing on these is much more productive. Change is hard but change is good—it’s the holy work of letting God have His way as we lay down our dreams and dare to pick up His! Change takes us out of our comfort zones into the miraculous where God gets all the credit! Jesus in you gets the glory. And the world gets to watch your great adventure! #dontworrydarling #couragedearheart #amyelaineministries #faithoverfear #changeisgoodforthesoul #growthmindset #letgoandgrow #transformationthursday

It's only a shadow. 🌓 That's all we get to see It's only a shadow. 🌓 That's all we get to see of the Kingdom realm. Until we see Him face-to-face, we won't be able to see the whole picture. Yes, a glimpse here and there, but faith is walking through life without seeing the answers or knowing the outcomes.

It's a hard walk.

Often feeling like just a shadow of ourselves, we must rely on Jesus to light the way before us.

👉 Can you remember a time when you simply couldn’t comprehend what God was doing? The disciples struggled with this too. ✨Jesus spoke directly to this, "You don't understand what I'm doing now, but someday you will." John 13:7 ✨

🙏🏼A Prayer for the Girl Who Feels Defeated🙏🏼
"You said, we won't always understand, but one day we will know. I'm counting on these words Jesus. I believe them with all my heart. At the same time, God, forgive my unbelief. Help me to trust You when I cannot see, when I don't understand, and when I'm feeling defeated on every side. Give me a glimpse into Your Kingdom purposes today. I don't see how this ends well. I can't understand how we got here... to this place of broken dreams and forgotten promises. But, I'm choosing to walk this thing out with You by my side. Let me feel Your tangible Presence. Give me enough courage to take the next step. Walk with me. Talk with me. Wrap around me like a shield as I fight this fight. Remind me who I am. I'm a daughter of the King and You've got my back. No weapon formed against me shall prevail. I am victorious because of the Cross. You know every one of my days. You have a future and hope for me and my loved ones. You've gone before me. You're not surprised one bit by the chaos that threatens to bring me down. I trust You, God. Let me walk in the shadow of Your goodness and the light of Your love. Because You know the whole story and how this plays out, I'm choosing to trust in You today. I love You, Lord. Amen. Let it be done." Pray this as many times as you need until you start to believe it and receive the peace it brings. You are not alone. We may not understand the thing before us, but God sees; He knows. Trust Him today. May you be strong and courageous as you battle it out! #faithjourney #amyelaineministries
To all my writer friends: write the book, call you To all my writer friends: write the book, call yourself a writer, and keep putting your words out there. We absolutely never know how our books are going to encourage someone in need. This message from a reader came on a day when I wanted to throw in the towel and quit. God gently reminded me why I couldn’t. We write for an audience of One; we write because of what God’s done in our own hearts, where He’s seen us through, how He’s changed our own lives. That’s our why! If we can remember these things and stop allowing the enemy to shut our mouths or keep us from writing, our God-sized dreams will play out in His timing. Intentionally doing anything requires a concious d Intentionally doing anything requires a concious decision to do so. You really can’t “try to be more intentional.” You either are or you’re not. Intentionality requires our resolve. We get to choose beforehand to follow through, get something accomplished, or see something to the end.
Daniel was resolved. John the Baptist was intentional. Peter was neither until after he experienced his biggest regret. Instead of wallowing in failure, Peter got back up and did things differently with the rest of his life. After a momentary lapse of character, Peter knew the cost of following hard after the One he loved. Later in John 21, we see the restoration and regeneration of Peter when Jesus intentionally asks him the same question 3 times in a row. “Do you love me more than these? ... Feed my sheep...”
“Do you love Me? ...Take care of my sheep.”
Jesus then, calls him by his old name. “Simon, son of John, do you love me? ...Feed my sheep.” And, goes on to say, “Follow me.”
This slays me every time: Jesus doesn’t condemn him, he doesn’t even ask Peter to change. However, what Jesus DOES DO is filled with intentionality. Jesus calls out of Peter the very things he needs to walk out his God-given destiny in Acts 2.
Out of our greatest regrets, God restores our reputations when we become resolved to follow him no matter the cost. What seems like a setback today, becomes our breakthrough tomorrow. 👉 So, can I ask you one question please? What are you going to become INTENTIONAL about in your life? What does loving God look like to you? How will you intentionally partner with God, allowing Him to turn your regret into resolve? • Feed my sheep #intentional
When I stepped into ministry, my aim was to be very intentional about pointing others to Jesus. 🏹 I don’t take this lightly. It's an honor and privilege to speak into your life in this sacred space. To call out the God-given things I see in you. While the world says ‘follow your heart’ the truth is our hearts aren’t always trustworthy. Let’s follow the One who restores, renews, & regenerates our regrets into the powerful resolve of intentionality—to follow God no matter the cost. #amyelaineministries #followjesus #faithful
God is on your side. He is fighting for you…on y God is on your side. He is fighting for you…on your behalf. Holy Spirit is ready and willing to enable us and empower us to take that first step towards transformation and renewal. Only through the power of the Holy Spirit in us do we have what it takes to change. Jesus in us is our strength. He has overcome. He sets us free. He restores us. He redeems us. He is fighting for us. We are His inheritance worth fighting for to save. Before we’re brave enough to turn to God in our time of need, Jesus is making and has made a way for our victory! I don’t know who needed to be reminded that God is on your side today, but if that’s you, save this post for next time you need this reminder. When it feels like we’re too far gone or not worth fighting for, God sees. He hears our cries and when we turn our hearts towards His amazing grace, we will find Him there…waiting for us. We’ve all been the prodigal at some point in our lives. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ 👉 So he got up and went to his father. “But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.” Luke 15:20 NIV 👉 Who would dare to accuse us, whom God has chosen? The judge himself has declared us free from sin. Who is in a position to condemn? Only Christ, and Christ died for us, Christ rose for us, Christ reigns in power for us, Christ prays for us!
