I’m excited to introduce you to Both Hands Foundation, founder, JT Olson. He’s on the show sharing the story behind this faith-based non-profit serving orphans and widows. JT and his wife Sara have been married for over 35 years and have five children (four bio and one chosen): Jeff, Daley, Nick, Max & Grace. They reside in Brentwood, TN, just south of Nashville.

Serving the Orphan, Widow and Adoptive Families

With over 153 million orphans worldwide and the costs of adoption on the rise, their mission is to fulfill James 1:27 by serving orphans, widows, and Christian adoptive families. Inevitably, this scripture helps me see that there is something tangible I can do!

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. James 1:27 NIV

Both Hands Foundation’s purpose is to help Christian adoptive families fund their adoptions. They do so by coordinating a service project fixing up a widow’s home. The vision is to see the day when finances are not an obstacle for Christian families. JT and Both Hands have huge hearts for those who are led to adopt and to serve every widow in need of home repairs.
