Dandelions and daydreaming: When I was little we used to pick dandelions and make a wish and then blow on the petals…as I grew up I realized Sunday prayers are for more than wishing you have a good week ahead. Honestly, going to church one day a week won’t change your circumstances or get you on God’s good side. He’s not interested in our check-lists and ritualistic attempts to get His attention or grab His ear; God is most interested in our hearts. 💛

It’s true devotion and a life lived out (on.the.daily) with intentional focus on Jesus and His ways that brings change in our lives.

🌵If we want to grab hold of the Abundant Full Life God makes available to us here on Earth—in the here and now, it’s got to be eyes on Jesus, reading His love letter 💌 and taking Him at His Word…this is what brings the confidence we crave.

👉 When we get to know God, we begin to trust His character. When we know He is for us and has good things planned for us to walk in and life out, we will get excited about the God-sized dreams He has placed on our hearts. This is where the adventure begins. 🌵

🏜️“Godfidence is the key to being fearless.” I said that and God backs it up in His Word. Yes, you can be fearless because of Christ in you. 🌵

Today, my prayer over you is this: ”May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing [through the experience of your faith] that by the power of the Holy Spirit you will abound in hope and overflow with confidence in His promises.“ Romans‬ ‭15‬:‭13‬ ‭AMP‬‬
