The world has a way of telling us we’re not enough and never will be. And, it’s true…because with ever-changing standards, we will always be chasing something unattainable.

The ideal _______ (fill in the blank— dream, job, body, house, marriage, degree, etc. ) is always built on a throne of lies and usually leads to burnout and bottomless pits; at best the chase is exhausting. We’re left worn out, filed with fear of never measuring up or always missing out…

It isn’t supposed to be this way…

Let’s be girls who move beyond the shallows of comparison into the deep love of God In fact, let’s begin to truly believe we are defined by God and what He says is ENOUGH.

SWEET GIRL, I hope today’s verse makes you rethink your worth and give you the courage to be brave in the pursuit of your God-given destiny just and only because of Whose you are. 👑

As daughter of the King, we’ve been given everything we need to live a godly life through the transforming power of Holy Spirit in us. He is our compass, our true north, our depth, our reach, our worth, our inheritance…in short, our identity.

This means, we can be fearless in the face of our foe—the father of lies and 🤥 liars. We don’t have to “be enough” because Jesus is.

The truth is: God has called you by name, redeemed you, and He is forever crying out to His darling daughters, “you are Mine; Jesus, in you, is everything; He is enough.”

Don’t believe the lies; do not be afraid. Keep your eyes on Jesus.
