We can rest while God works on our behalf.

We can practice this on Sunday by participating fully in the Sabbath lifestyle. So that throughout the week, our minds remember what it feels like rest. Over time, we default to this new way of living and realize what we were missing, what our anxiety stole from us, how the better way is God’s way. Rest is our superpower.

He will do what He says He will do; we can rest while God works out all the details on our behalf. Trust the process. Rest. 🌿
