It’s been a minute or two… slowly making my way back here… just wanted to say how grateful I am for you, sweet friend.

Everything was a little “off” today, but that’s to be expected when you’re in new territory.

The unknown is an adventure and a safe space when you’re walking with the Lord. I was reminded of His goodness in so many ways today—waking up with Psalm 23 on my lips—surely Your goodness and mercy follow me ALL the days of my life.

Always going before and behind us, in every situation, in all things. He is a Good Father.

On this Thanksgiving, the first without my Daddy, that’s exactly what I found myself needing.

Today in the absence of my earthly father, I was comforted by the One who knows me best and wants the best for me.

TRUTH: He is in it all. Every detail. Every hard part. Every season. He truly is the God of All Comfort. 🍁💛🍁 💛

2 Corinthians 1:3–4: “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God”
