to say NO,
to step back and receive instead of pouring out…
to be grateful for those who will stay and hold open the door for those who move on…

change is inevitable,
taking a pause to reflect is necessary,
coming back stronger is imperative…

sometimes NO is the most life-giving gift we can give ourselves…it’s the power of the pause…

taking inventory of our priorities, placement, and His presence in our lives helps to align us with the Father’s heart…
